Way Down In My Whiskey

Written by Alan Jackson and on his album "Where Have You Been". Alan didn't have a video for this song so I did one for him and country music!

Did you ever hear Alan's unreleased song on his demo album titled "I Couldn't Care More"? If not, it is as country as it gets! Find it on my youtube channel. [Justin Thomas Country Music]

Clementine

This is the tale of Clementine, adapted from the traditional folk song known as Oh My Darling Clementine, that was written in 1884 by Percy Montrose who supposedly adapted it from the song Down the River Liv'd a Maiden written by Henry S. Thompson. While the origin of the original melody is unknown, it is speculated to be from an old Spanish ballad that was sung by Mexican miners in the California Gold Rush. Now I offer you yet a different take on the melody with a traditional country music approach and a folk-art type video.

Nothing Compares 2 U

Written by PRINCE, this is my country music LYRIC version. Grab a beverage, put on a good set of headphones, kick back and enjoy!

Mountainside

I co-wrote and recorded this song with the influence of Irish Folk music. The imagery in the video is not necessarily a literal translation of the song itself, yet the feeling and thoughts of the main character. Watch it a few times and imagine these feelings for yourself. Can you apply it in a different way?

Carrickfergus

Carrickfergus is an old Irish folk song named after the town of Carrickfergus in Northern Ireland. While the origins of the song are unclear, the melody has been traced back to an Irish song in the 1700's.

My version will join the many renditions by countless artists. I sincerely hope you enjoy the melodramatic story of a man's thoughts in his older years.
